    This newly renovated apartment was the perfect size for our family of 3. It was super clean, uncluttered, conveniently located. There were plush white towels, comfortable bedding, fluffy pillows and a cozy sitting area with a faux fireplace fixture that had forced heat (my favorite feature!). The kitchen had new appliances and basic kitchen tools, a couple of pots and pans. The apartment was conveniently located and the neighborhood felt safe; there was adequate outdoor lighting in the parking lot and right out the front door. A great gem! We would definitely stay there again.

FAQs

How flexible are your leases?

Our leases are very flexible and start a minimum of 30 days. Because our guests’ schedule is generally unpredictable, we like to make sure we accommodate it to the best of our abilities. Should there be an extension needed, all we need is a 28 day advanced notice for us to be able to honor your request.

Do you charge security deposits?

Yes, there is a reasonable fully refundable security deposit that we charge prior to move-in. This is to take care of any damages to the property during the leased period. This doesn’t go towards paying rent.

What is your pet policy?

We love our pets and most of our properties are pet friendly. However, there are some properties that do not allow pets due to the properties’ request. For pet friendly properties, a non-refundable pet fee is added, along with an additional cleaning fee.

Can I bring in my own furnishings?

While we try to accommodate your stay to fit your needs, we allow you to bring some of your own items into the unit. All we ask is that you refrain from moving in larger items (bed, couch, dining tables, etc.)
